What You’ll Do
- Act as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Lead/Assistant Lead
- Open and close the store following all operational procedures
- Deliver a personalized, guest first experience on the sales floor
- Support associates by coaching, motivating, and ensuring daily goals are met
- Help with merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining a clean, organized store
- Process transactions, online orders, and incoming merchandise
- Assist leadership team in driving sales and promoting events

Requirements
- Previous retail experience required; leadership/keyholder experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, squatting, and reaching
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training
Current Store Locations: Alabama, New York, Kansas, Tennessee, Texas, Kentucky & Wisconsin — with new stores coming in 2025!
